If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

Please Read Carefully: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Azzocare. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. Section 05

Appointment Booking & Consultation Requests

Azzocare facilitates the process of connecting patients with doctors and hospitals. When you submit an appointment request or consultation enquiry through our Platform, please note the following:

5.1 Facilitation Only

Azzocare acts as a facilitator between you and the doctor or hospital. The actual medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment is conducted solely by the doctor or healthcare institution — not by Azzocare. We are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship.

5.2 Appointment Confirmation

Submitting an appointment request through Azzocare does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Appointment availability is subject to the doctor's schedule and the hospital's confirmation. Azzocare will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the booking, but confirmed appointments are subject to the policies of the relevant hospital or clinic.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a consultation request, including your name, contact number, medical query, and preferred doctor or specialty. Inaccurate information may result in delays or an inability to facilitate your appointment.

5.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments is governed by the policies of the respective hospital or clinic. Azzocare does not control and is not responsible for appointment cancellation fees, rescheduling policies, or any disputes arising from such matters between you and the healthcare provider.

5.5 No Emergency Services

The Azzocare Platform is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 112 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on Azzocare for emergency medical assistance.

Emergency Notice: Azzocare is not an emergency platform. For any life-threatening medical emergency, call 112 immediately or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. Do not use this Platform in an emergency situation.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All content on the Azzocare Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, doctor profiles, health articles, and software — is the property of Azzocare or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Use of Content

You are permitted to access and view Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share links to our content for non-commercial purposes. You must not alter, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6.2 Prohibited Use of Content

  • Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any part of our content for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our content
  • Using our name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission
  • Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website without express written authorisation

6.3 Doctor Profiles

Doctor profile information on Azzocare is compiled in good faith from verified sources. While this information is protected by our copyright as a compiled work, individual factual information about doctors (such as their qualifications and specializations) is not claimed as proprietary.

Any unauthorised use of Azzocare's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Section 07

Disclaimers & Limitations

7.1 No Medical Advice

The information provided on the Azzocare Platform — including health articles, condition guides, specialty information, and doctor profiles — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and must not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified and registered medical professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While Azzocare makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our Platform is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Doctor availability, hospital facilities, fees, and other details are subject to change. We recommend verifying critical information directly with the relevant doctor or hospital before making any decision.

7.3 Third-Party Content

The Azzocare Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including hospital websites, government health portals, and medical journals. Azzocare does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

7.4 Platform Availability

Azzocare does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by unavailability of the Platform.

7.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Azzocare, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any services facilitated through it, including but not limited to any medical outcomes resulting from consultations arranged through our Platform.

Please Note: Azzocare's liability in connection with the use of this Platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law. We are a facilitator, not a healthcare provider, and bear no liability for clinical decisions, diagnoses, or treatments provided by doctors or hospitals.

Section 08

User Submissions & Reviews

If you submit any content to the Azzocare Platform — including patient reviews, feedback, ratings, or comments — you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy: All reviews and feedback you submit must be truthful, based on your genuine personal experience, and not intended to mislead other users.
  • No Defamation: You must not submit content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of any doctor, hospital, or third party.
  • Licence to Use: By submitting content to Azzocare, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation of our Platform.
  • No Prohibited Content: You must not submit content that contains personal information about third parties without their consent, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable law.
  • Moderation: Azzocare reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms or our Editorial Policy, without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Platform. Azzocare is not responsible for any user-generated content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

Section 09

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Azzocare Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and facilitate your healthcare connections.
  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • All personal data is handled in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules 2011, and applicable Indian data protection regulations.
  • You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@azzocare.com.
  • Health-related information you share is used solely to connect you with appropriate medical care and is never used for advertising or commercial profiling.

Please review our full Privacy Policy for comprehensive information about how we handle your data.

Section 10

Indemnification & Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azzocare, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Azzocare Platform
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
